The High School Geography project was a 9-year curriculum study that aimed to develop a one-year geography course for students in grades 9-12. The collection consists of Correspondence, Rough and Final Drafts, Teacher and Student Questionnaires, Reports, and Trials of all eleven units that were part of the Project.

The High School Geography Project was a curriculum study that started in 1961 with financing from the Ford Foundation as an answer to the declining interest and efforts in geography in the high school curriculum.
